You will set strategic direction to meet sales and budget goals, hire and develop a strong team, and ensure visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities include driving traffic, coordinating community activities, and working with the District Manager on coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of how to develop staff through staffing, coaching, counseling, etc.
• Knowledge of retail operations such as sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a total customer satisfaction culture by ensuring the team is trained on NB GUEST service.
• Set the store's strategic direction to reach sales and budget goals.
• Hire and develop staff and take ownership of their growth.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Coordinate community engagements and drive store traffic.
• Analyze market trends with the District Manager to drive sales.
• Conduct regular employee performance reviews and manage coaching strategies.
• Promote safety protocols and ensure store safety.
