New Balance is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager for our Vineland Outlet in Florida. The role supports the Store Manager, hires, trains, and develops staff while upholding New Balance values of integrity, teamwork, and total customer satisfaction.

You will help hit financial targets, lead scheduling, payroll, and store operations, and step in when the manager is unavailable. Prior retail leadership and POS proficiency are required; weekend/holiday work is expected.

Qualificações

• Must have 2 years of retail experience; some stores may require more.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain a 'Total Customer Satisfaction' culture.
• Help the Store Manager hit financial and operational targets.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager on sales plans.
• Coach and develop staff; lead when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities to strengthen brand in communities.
• Assist with payroll and staff scheduling.
