Kohl's in Bozeman is seeking a Store Manager to lead the entire store team, drive customer experience, and maximize profitability. You will teach, coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional service, merchandise expertise and strong operational execution.

You will be accountable for KPI results, staffing, training, and adherence to policies while creating a compelling in-store experience that meets customer expectations and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising 20+ associates and handling performance decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong people management and talent development.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Guide profitable sales and meet store financial plans through leadership of the store team.
• Plan payroll/scheduling to match traffic and labor costs.
• Recruit, hire, pay and terminate store personnel.
• Manage associate relations and performance management.
• Oversee training on Kohl's culture, product knowledge and selling practices.
• Coach team to develop and create succession plans.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, pricing and signage.
• Prevent loss and maintain product protection standards.
• Maintain merchandising standards and compelling product presentation.
• Direct floor replenishment and ensure fast checkout.
