Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as business dictates.
• Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for extended periods and lift/move merchandise up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and profitability to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Analyze KPIs like conversion rates, average basket size, and labor spend to optimize store performance.
• Manage operational budgets, inventory control, and shrink reduction strategies.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a diverse team of assistant managers and sales associates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work culture built on accountability and recognition.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and build a strong internal pipeline for promotion.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering top-tier customer service and resolving complex issues gracefully.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed according to corporate guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for both customers and staff.
• Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and bank deposits.
• Manage staff scheduling to balance labor budgets with peak shopping hours.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.
