Kohl’s store management role overseeing the full store team, customer experience, and associate engagement. You will coach and develop staff to deliver outstanding service, merchandising excellence and operational execution to meet store targets.

You will drive profitability, manage payroll, plan staffing, and recruit leaders across the store. Leadership requires strong communication, scheduling flexibility, and adherence to policies.

Formación

• Experience supervising 20+ associates and handling performance decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to achieve sales, profitability and KPI goals.
• Plan staffing and payroll according to weekly/monthly sales and traffic.
• Recruit, hire, and manage store personnel including management.
• Coach and develop associates; implement training on Kohl's policies and selling practices.
• Ensure inventory control, pricing accuracy and merchandising standards.
