You will partner with the GM to execute merchandising plans, hit sales targets, manage costs, and foster a positive, community-focused culture that reflects Staples values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry.
• Experience coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment.
• Must engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Strong communication, organization and planning, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Review results against goals and develop growth plans.
• Manage conflict in a cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to work in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment; lift/move 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk.
