Lids in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in line with brand standards. You will manage daily operations, scheduling, training, and policy enforcement to maintain a top-tier shopping experience.

As a leader on duty, you’ll ensure inventory accuracy, visual merchandising excellence, and strong team performance while supporting the Store Manager in achieving store KPIs.

• Support inventory counts, product counts, and backroom organization.
• Execute merchandising plans and promotional presentations.
