Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll manage scheduling, coaching staff, merchandising, and store standards while upholding Lids brand guidelines and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience for fans. This position reports to the Store Manager and requires hands-on leadership and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty to handle scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS programs and follow-up.
• Enforce store policies and safeguard inventory and cash handling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support merchandising and visual presentation.
• Open/close the store, manage cash procedures, and prepare for audits.
