Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Fresh Meadows, NY to partner with the store manager in daily store operations, merchandising, and leader development. You will coach a team to meet sales and service goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience through paid training and collaboration with stakeholders across store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
