Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Wisconsin for a full-time hourly supervisory role. You will lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable Duluth experiences while managing floor coverage and merchandising standards.

You will also handle cash functions, promotions, and daily operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. Previous retail leadership is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer centric and ownership mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States withour sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW! customer service and engage customers on the floor.
• Manage floor coverage to maximize the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Respond proactively and provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain merchandising presentation and ensure sales floor is customer ready.
• Set up promotions with clear signing and communication.
• Process merchandise receipts and transfers quickly and accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area.
• Provide regular feedback to employees and train cash-handling procedures.
• Adhere to company guidelines and set a positive example.
• Ensure store security and respond to alarms as directed.
• Maintain employee and customer safety and escalate concerns to management.
