This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. A Victoria’s Secret Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria’s Secret Business.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience on the sales floor.
• Ensure visual execution and product storytelling align with brand direction.
• Lead talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Direct reports such as Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• In high-volume stores, lead performance and direction of the business.
