Responsibilities

• The Victoria’s Secret Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria’s Secret Business.
• They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports.
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager.
