Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume fashion retail team, delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences while driving top-line sales.

The role provides direction, coaching, and performance management to Brand Supervisors and selling staff, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will translate brand direction into actionable priorities on the sales floor, supervise hiring, and ensure visuals meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results.
• Willingness to seek feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating a high-performance environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
