Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience with reviewing business reports and taking action to achieve results.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating a high-performance environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure brand guidance is reflected in product presentation and selling behaviors.
• Own visual execution and translate brand direction into daily priorities.
• Coach and develop associates and supervise direct reports.
• Drive talent lifecycle decisions and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless execution and store standards.
