Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales growth through customer- and product-focused operations, merchandising, and talent development.

You will collaborate with leadership to coach Leads and Brand Associates, ensuring execution of the store strategy and delivering a best-in-class experience to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive sales and deliver results.

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and ensure SOPs are followed.
