Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is seeking a Store Manager in Wickenburg, AZ to lead the daily sales floor operations and drive store performance. You will supervise Team Members, coordinate with Retail Support, and ensure excellent donor and customer service.

You will oversee payroll and expenses, monitor inventory, and partner with other GCNA locations to promote the Goodwill mission and achieve quarterly targets. Our team values trust, collaboration, and ownership.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and manage store staff.
• Develop and execute retail operations plans to meet income and production goals.
• Monitor product levels and maintain budgeted costs.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Travel to other GCNA locations as needed.
• Partner with support areas to ensure policy compliance.
