AT&T Mobility Services in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a team of sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive sales objectives, participate in outreach and on-site events, and help train colleagues through best-in-class paid onboarding. Leadership development and collaboration are key to success.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
