Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to help oversee daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager. You will drive merchandising initiatives, support product launches, and strive to meet sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, participate in off-site events, and engage in promotional activities. A strong leadership mindset and at least three years in sales or customer-facing roles in

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
