Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and partner with the store manager to drive sales and service excellence. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, execute merchandising and product launches, and participate in off-site events to enhance customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and a strong focus on meeting sales objectives and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and help meet sales objectives.
• Ensure customers experience best-in-class services and leadership in-store.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to hit sales and service goals.
