AT&T in Lone Tree, CO is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and partner with the store manager. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, oversee merchandising and product launches, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with a store manager
• Assist with merchandising and product launches
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives and ensure an extraordinary customer experience
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals
