Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and lead a team toward delivering best-in-class service. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales goals while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Key qualifications include 3+ years in sales or customer service in telecommunications, prior management experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives.
