Job summary

AT&T inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lone Tree, CO to help oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager. You’ll support merchandising, product launches, and efforts to meet sales goals while ensuring customers receive best-in-class services.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive performance, and participate in promotional activities and leadership training that supports career growth within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales objectives.
• Help meet and exceed sales targets and provide an extraordinary customer experience.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve goals.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
