Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive customer engagement, and ensure achievement of sales goals and service standards. You will lead hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and analyze performance to optimize store results.

Responsibilities include staffing, loss prevention, marketing, labor management, and delivering excellent customer experiences while upholding brand expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Sales & sales management experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead employee development and coaching to improve customer interactions and complete required training on schedule
• Resolve customer issues to enhance the customer experience and align with brand expectations
• Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention to ensure store success
• Monitor sales, inventory, and store programs to support operational excellence and implement new initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
