Qualifications

• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates' daily goals to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• People: recruit, train and develop teams, address concerns, and coach as needed.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Store: manage inventory, payroll hours, and opening/closing procedures.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: protect assets and ensure safety and compliance.
