Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and guide associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve KPIs.
• People: train, develop and recruit to build a strong team; coach and address performance.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes including omni‑channel fulfillment.
