Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred (3+ years).
• 1+ year of prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Strong communication and scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brand standards, merchandising, and omni-channel sales in assigned stores.
• Hire, develop, and lead store associates; coach and counsel as needed.
• Manage store operations, inventory, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and loss prevention.
