Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support store operations, implement brand standards, and help achieve sales and KPI targets through planning and communication.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, inventory control, and ensuring Omnichannel processes are utilized while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment for your team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead all store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations and maintain brand standards; drive KPIs and financial targets.
• Support omnichannel strategies, including store and digital channels.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.
