• 30% Brand: supervise and plan associates’ daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales and KPIs.
• 30% People: recruit, train and develop teams, coach and communicate effectively with management and store staff.
• 30% Operations: execute company processes, including Omni-channel strategies and inventory/ payroll coordination.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: ensure store safety, asset protection and adherence to policies.
