Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise scheduling and training, ensure brand standards, and drive sales while maintaining loss prevention measures.

You will manage staffing, participate in store initiatives, and support a positive, inclusive team environment in a fast-paced retail setting. This role offers growth opportunities within the Lids network.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Supervise store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Enforce company policies, maintain store inventory and cash handling procedures.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure adherence to visual guidelines, signage, and store cleanliness.
