Lids in Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise staff, implement company standards, and uphold store appearance.

You will train teammates, schedule coverage, and resolve customer issues while maintaining loss prevention and cash-handling discipline. This role reports to the Store Manager and offers a collaborative team environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop store personnel; enforce policies and brand standards.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage cash handling, inventory control, and store safety procedures.
