Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Chandler, AZ to oversee the sales floor, lead a team of Retail Sales Associates, and drive the store to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

You will develop staff, ensure excellent customer service for donors and customers, maintain store standards, and coordinate with leadership to uphold Goodwill’s mission and core values.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor to meet goals.
• Lead and develop Retail Sales Associates.
• Ensure customer service excellence for donors and customers.
• Maintain store standards and brand image.
