Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and follow up.
• Administer discipline via verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team by creating a fun, productive environment and aligning with company goals.
• Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates for peak times.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Support compliance with policies and safeguarding inventory and funds.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
