Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ. You will manage staff, ensure exceptional donor and customer service, control payroll and expenses, and drive store performance toward annual targets.

The role requires retail management experience, strong communication, and a commitment to Goodwill’s mission. Travel to other GCNA locations and training opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Leads the day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
• Travel to other GCNA locations to assist stores and attend training.
• Collaborates with support areas to ensure compliance and goals.
• Builds a high-performing team and drives culture change.
