Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Directs store operations and production to meet income and production goals.
• Leads Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Manages payroll and operating costs to budget; ensures strong customer service.
