Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ. The role drives store operations, leads the team, and ensures excellent donor and customer service while working to meet budgeted goals.

The position offers a starting salary of $70,000 per year with potential monthly performance bonuses after training, and a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Lead Assistant Store Managers, Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Ensure customer service and brand standards at all times.
• Monitor payroll and operating costs against budget.
• Coordinate with district manager on strategic plans to drive donations.
• Maintain store appearance and community presence.
