Under Armour is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations, coach teammates, and deliver results in a customer-focused store. You will drive sales, manage payroll, merchandise, and loss prevention while supporting omnichannel efforts and UA’s brand standards.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma, 1 year of retail experience, and the ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with hand-held/mobile devices is a plus.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

• Drive sales, profitability, and other key store objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time business decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising moves to maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audits.
• Lead/rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-area experience.
• Support omni-channel efforts through Apps and Social campaigns and athlete contests.
• Deliver a compelling vision and core competencies across the team.
• Drive teammate engagement and recognize outstanding performance.
• Identify and resolve teammate performance issues.
• Communicate priority issues to the Store Manager and collaborate on solutions.
• Partner with Store Manager on reinforcement of policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
