Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as handheld and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and key store objectives.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends and make real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Lead merchandising and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
• Support omni-channel efforts and promote UA apps and campaigns.
