You will collaborate with the Store Manager on goals, policies, and omni-channel initiatives while fostering a positive, energetic work environment and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Local language fluency is required; basic English is a plus.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and key store objectives.
• Recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends for real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling for productivity.
