You will analyze daily sales trends, monitor merchandise presentation, and support loss prevention efforts while providing a top-tier customer experience. The role requires flexibility to work full time, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with handheld and mobile devices.
• Able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize product presentation.
• Monitor store audit results and loss prevention standards.
• Lead rotations across Talent, Visuals, and Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed product information.
• Communicate priorities, sales targets, and KPIs to teammates.
