Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. seeks a Store Manager in Franklin II to lead a store team, optimize talent, and drive revenue while delivering an outstanding guest and donor experience. You will uphold SOPs, manage budgets, schedule staff, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams of 30+ employees.
• 5+ years of management experience is preferred; Retail management preferred.
• A focus on developing budgets and improving SOPs.
• Experience hiring, developing staff, conducting performance reviews and scheduling staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to achieve revenue goals and provide a positive guest/donor experience.
• Enforce SOPs and company policies; ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Prioritize workloads, schedule staff, and manage labor hours to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee cash handling, pricing, donations processing and reporting.
• Ensure store upkeep, housekeeping, and maintenance are addressed promptly.
