You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and daily operations to deliver outstanding guest and donor experiences. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, payroll hours, cash handling, safety, and maintenance while building a high-performing, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred; college degree encouraged.
• 5+ years supervising teams of 30+ employees; retail management preferred.
• Experience budgeting and plans to exceed financial targets.
• Experience hiring and developing staff; proficiency with SOPs.
• Strong MS Office skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet budgeted revenue and production goals.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Ensure store operations, cash handling, pricing, and stocking.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with SOPs.
• Schedule coverage to maximize revenue per labor hour.
