Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising teams of 30+ employees.
• 5+ years management experience preferred; retail management experience encouraged.
• Experience with budgeting and planning to exceed financial expectations.
• Experience hiring, developing staff, conducting performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR policies including interviewing and hiring.
• Prioritize workload and ensure SOP execution.
• Drive production and sales to exceed financial goals.
• Build a high-performing store team through training and motivation.
• Manage budgeted revenue and production within store.
• Ensure store safety and compliance and maintain equipment.
• Oversee store maintenance and housekeeping, reporting issues.
• Schedule staff to maximize coverage and minimize overtime.
