Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking an Outlet Store Manager to lead the Outlet location's daily operations, including team leadership, product flow, donation handling, safety, and customer service.

You will drive KPI performance, manage table rotation, and ensure the outlet meets budget and operational goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires strong leadership, experience in a production-focused setting, and a commitment to Goodwill’s mission of

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
• Ability to manage daily production goals, labor, safety expectations, and customer service standards.
• Experience managing daily quotas, scorecard goals, labor, budget, and expense control (preferred).
• Experience supervising outlet, retail, warehouse, or nonprofit environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer readiness.
• Manage product flow, donation handling, table rotation, and floor replenishment.
• Set daily production, safety, and service expectations; monitor KPIs and labor usage.
• Provide on-floor leadership, coaching, and accountability to the outlet team.
• Collaborate with transportation, warehouse, and retail partners to meet operating plans.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Associate’s degree in business, Retail Management, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred
