The successful candidate will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to company policies, while delivering world-class customer experiences and managing resources efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 5–7 years leadership experience.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• 3+ years leadership experience driving performance.
• 3–5 years of retail or service center experience; automotive preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, work orders, CICO, customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPI and company goals (NPS, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, quality).
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified through training and coaching.
• Provide guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance and collaborate with marketing for displays.
• Respond promptly to client complaints and warranty issues; maintain world-class service.
