Job summary

AT&T in Fairbanks, AK is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a team of sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches and achieving sales objectives to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

This role includes comprehensive training, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a compensation range of $47,500 to $71,300 plus commission. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to help meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
• Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
• Receive best-in-class paid training to enable leadership success.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
