Job summary

AT&T inc. is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in Georgetown, TX, overseeing daily operations, merchandising, and store promotions.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to hit sales and service goals while delivering an extraordinary customer experience. You will drive outreach initiatives, participate in training programs, and coordinate with stakeholders to execute store initiatives that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches while helping meet sales objectives.
• Develop and coach a team of retail sales consultants to deliver exceptional service.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Provide best-in-class training to set up leadership success.
