Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in Redmond to lead retail operations, production and material handling, in partnership with the Store Manager. You will guide teams to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include using metrics to drive results, coordinating merchandising and inventory, and nurturing talent within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalency.
• Retail leadership experience of 3+ years.
• 2+ years leading a sales team in a retail or service environment.
• Experience engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
• Budget metrics knowledge (P&L) for at least 1 year.
• Must have valid Washington Driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational metrics; implement plans to achieve goals.
• Maximize sales through proper stock rotation, merchandising, signage, and inventory control.
• Provide outstanding customer service; engage with customers internally and externally.
• Develop strong relationships across the enterprise; collaborate with store manager and supervisors.
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent while promoting DEI.
