Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years related experience in retail supervision or management.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures.
• Maintain store audits at or above an acceptable level.
• Lead semi-annual inventory.
• Monitor cash handling and payroll within budget.
• Delegate work to employees and manage scheduling.
• Ensure security systems and loss prevention procedures are followed.
