Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region in Lakewood, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead retail supervisors and hourly team members, ensuring operations run smoothly and customers receive exceptional service.

You will partner with the Store Manager to meet sales, inventory, and staffing goals while upholding Goodwill's mission and values in a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment for donors and customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years retail supervision or management experience.
• Strong analytical, judgment, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Excellent coaching and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise retail supervisors and hourly team members to support operations.
• Oversee store opening/closing, cash handling, and audits.
• Drive sales through stock rotation, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and staff training per guidelines.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and expenses.
