Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches, driving sales and creating an extraordinary customer experience.

This role emphasizes leadership, team coaching, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet and exceed store goals. A strong background in telecommunications sales and management is required, along with strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and help meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Lead with a strategic perspective and champion change.
• Analyze issues and take initiative to drive results.
